Mozilla has announced that support for Firefox will end in September 2024 for Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 with Firefox ESR 115 :
Firefox users on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 will be switched to the ESR channel via an "application update" when Firefox 115 is released in July 2023. Then Firefox ESR 115 will be provided with security updates on these operating systems until September 2024. After that there will be no more security updates available. Future versions of Firefox and Firefox ESR will not run on these operating systems.
