Finder keep crashing and show the last time you opened Finder unexpectedly quit while reopening...

I directly install Sierra on my DS3h-z77 i5.
Everything goes fine except the Finder application.

At first, it kept crashing once I click the entries for external drives.
However, it's even crashing if I click the entries on document folder and other folders.

I even could not use "open FODLER" command in terminal. It won't happen anything after the mentioned command.

What kind of direction is the root cause? Is that about permission problem? or?
How could I fix it? thanks

@poc7667, please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard or Make/Model, CPU and Graphics Card.
If you have multiple systems add them to your Build Signature.

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you.
