Finder / Disk Utility Crashes

I find that finder on my hackintosh is a lot slower to load drives than any other mac i've ever used. Also the Disk Utility causes a crash and requires multiple restards like 70% of the time. I feel like these two issues would be related. I know when installing MultiBeast I did the simplest installation, just audio, network, boot options and that's it. I have a z77xUP5TH with i7 3770k Sandisk SSD Extreme as system and 4x WD drives. Thanks
