Looks like Fermi cards(at least 480) are now supported with new nvidia drivers that you can get here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/geforce-macosx-19.5.8f03-driver.html. Either use Pacifist to extract kexts, or remove platform requirements with package maker from developer tools if you can't install the drivers directly. After that edit NVDAResman.kext Info.plist to include "0x06c010de&0xfff0ffff" where 0x06c0 is your device id. Remake kext caches and reboot.
Info is from this thread: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=214219&st=0&start=0

Wow- awesome! Nice find

Thanks, fixed.

Wow.. I didn't expect it to be this fast! Darn, and I just bought a GTX 260 a week ago.. :(

Notice that OpenCL is not working yet.

Woot, great news. I am thankful I purchased the gts 250 instead of the overpriced gtx260+. Looks like a gtx 470 is on my mind.

Anyone got this working yet?
Make sure to post your success if you do/did. :headbang:

Thats amazing man. I so want one of these cards. Anyone have success with them yet. Tony have you?
