Fan Controllers, Sleep Mode, Keyboard questions

I've been doing a bunch of research on cases, coolers, features sand functionality.. Do any of the "smartfan" controllers work with hackintosh? Or is there a work around for fan control?

Also I've noticed some builds do not successfully achieve sleep mode.. are most of you successful with seamless sleep mode funtionality for these builds?

Do I need a wired keyboard and mouse for the initial OSX install process?

My boards have smartfan functio build in BIOS. So the fans operate as they should independen if the OS.
There are one or two tools I tinkered with, but none worked as in Windows or like a real Mac.

Regarding you 2nd question: I don’t have a wired keyboard/mouse, but a Logitech wireless set connected to a USB Logitech unifying receiver. Just make sure they are linked to each other.
