Failing to Install - Help Needed

Hi! I'm a bit of a noob.

I successfully built a Sierra (god knows how) setup, but now I'm wanting to build a Mojave Installation on the hardware I've got. The installation USB will process so far, then I get the Not Permitted Symbol and fail to boot.

Can anyone offer advice or assistance on how I can rectify this? My sierra build has now failed also as now the Nvidia Card is not complying, and I'm getting all in a mess with the system.

You might be best to upgrade to High Sierra and wait on Mojave. I made the mistake and upgraded to Mojave before I realized my GTX 670 was not supported by Nvidia or Apple.
