Explorer++ Help

I have macOS on SSD...I have win10 on other SSD. I have 2TB hard drive as storage...when I use macOS I can access the 2TB storage drive...but when I go into win10, the 2TB isn't there...I was told that Explorer++ can make the 2TB work for both macOS and win10.

Anyone knows how to do this??

Do I have to format the 2TB in "disk management" in win10? it's being recognized in macOS...but not avail in win10.
