I just added an EVGA GTX 950 GPU and whenever I have a monitor attached once the OS starts up the screen starts getting jump and lines do waves. When I try to switch to the onboard mobo connection it isn't active.

Do you have the Nvidia web drivers installed?
 
What GPU did you have prior to adding GTX 950?
 
Could you post your config.plist? Just open it up and copy-paste all the text here.

This seems to be a driver issue. Is your monitor running at its native resolution? If not, then it's definitely an issue with your Graphics driver.

I guess you don't need Intel injection now that you've installed your Nvidia GPU and its web drivers.
I am not sure, but try restarting the system and when you're on the Clover bootloader, go to its options/settings and disable "Inject Intel" and boot up and see if it fixes the issue.
It will temporarily disable the "Intel injection" for that particular session.
