Would this be a good deal and is this compatible with Sierra? I really need a card to hold me over till the 1060 is compatible! Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

I use a Gigabyte GTX 950 in my Gene build, and it works like a champ. But, I'll be looking for a used GTX 980 if the Nvidia web drivers don't support the Pascal 10 series graphics cards by the end of November.
