Hi, Was wondering if it was posable to get an EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 SC 6GB working with Mavericks and if so how. If not is it supported in later versions?

GTX 1060 is not supported with Mavericks. However it will work with Sierra using Nvidia Web Drivers. Take a look at NVIDIA Releases Alternate Graphics Drivers for macOS Sierra 10.12.5 (378.05.05.15)

It is only supported starting from 10.12.4 with the additional nvidia drivers.

OK, so at https://www.tonymacx86.com/buyersguide/may/2017#Graphics_Cards it says "As of Tuesday, April 11th, NVIDIA ‘Pascal’ graphics cards are now fully supported! Touted as the most powerful graphics cards on the market, these include the GeForce GTX 1050, 1050 Ti, 1060, 1070, 1080, 1080 Ti, TITAN Pascal, and TITAN Xp." so does that mean I don't need the web divers if I install Sierra. Should the install work OOTB with a clean install of Sierra. I am assuming a clean install is the way to go but is there another upgrade path.
