Hi folks, my 975 is broken, and I've replace it with ASUS P5G41. I have some problem with Atheros ethernet with AtherosL1C.kext. Everytime I run a VM, my ethernet got disconnected. When I remove the cable and reattach it, the status cycled between disconnected and connected in 1 second interval.
After I removed the cable for a few seconds, then reattach it, it was connected, but I can't get any IP, and if I tried to put static IP, then ping any host, it returns result as no route to host and host unreachable randomly. I have tried both VMWare Fusion and VirtualBox. Virtualization is enabled.

The ethernet runs fine if I don't touch any VM software.

Spec:
Lion 10.7.2
P5G41T
Core2Duo 6300
4GB RAM
nVidia Gefore 8600GT

Is there any ideas how to fix it?

I'm also having this problem with an Realtek RTL8111E, would love to be able to VM Windows rather than dual boot. It's almost definitely something to do with the Ethernet drivers though.
