Error message when booting from usb

I'm getting this after I click to boot from the USB. Please help me. Nothing I do it working.

boot with -x and let us know what displays.

I tried the -x thing and the same thing happen.

But to fix this I took out all my memory and just used on 8gb stick. I'm having a hard time getting my motherbard to post when I have all 4 slots used but I got it to the BIOS with just two. Then restart with just one slot and was able to install OSX.
