Don't really know where it's going south.
Followed all the steps possible with my setup.

Should I be adding anything to bootargs?

*Please Note:
The FakeSMC_GPUSensors.kext in FakeSMC Plugins v6.25-333-g05e0f4be.1759 is NOT compatible with NVIDIA Pascal graphics cards. If you do not delete it from /Library/Extensions your system will kernel panic on boot.

Boot in safe mode and remove the offending kext.

I love you guys!

Would it work if I do a fresh install again without adding the "FakeSMC Plugins v6.25-333-g05e0f4be.1759" in Multibeast?

Do I actually need any of the FakeSMC drivers at all?

FakeSMC.kext is the only absolutely mandatory kext, and is required for booting the system.
You do not 'need' HW Monitor and PlugIns

Thanks for clearing that up.
Ran Multibeast with the sound, Ethernet and USB drivers.
Did not choose anything for Sata, should I do this for any purpose?

Now I am stuck at loading screen after reboot after Multibeast installation.

I have now tried two installations and after each I erase the SSD but seem to be getting different boot options in BIOS. See image.

I am really stuck here without a clue...

So I've been doing a simple thing wrong all along?
No, your first image shows verbose mode.
How can anyone diagnose a picture of the Apple logo and a progress bar ?
