Error Message File Type 4 Error 22 on Mavericks Install

Here is my build:

Motherboard: ASUS SABERTOOTH X79


CPU: Intel Xeon E5-1650 V2 Hexa-core (6 Core) 3.50 Ghz Processor - Socket Fclga2011oem Pack - 1.50 Mb - 12 Mb Cache - 0 Mt/s Qpi - Yes - 3.90 Ghz Overclocking Speed - 22 Nm - 130 W - 158°f (70°c)


CPU Cooler: Corsair H60 (Water)


Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 760


RAM: 32GB 1600MHz DDR3 (8x4)


Drive: Samsung Electronics 840 EVO-Series 1TB 2.5-Inch SATA III Single Unit Version Internal Solid State Drive


Power Supply: Corsair AX 760 Watt Modular


Case: Corsair Graphite 600T

Whenever I get to the second part of the Mavericks install after the computer restarts, I get the following error message:

File Type 4 Error 22

I have attached a screen shot of the error message.
