Try with OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi instead of AptioMemoryFix.efi.
And look at guide for suggested kexts/Other content:

Why does it reset

Your profile is still wrong.
Motherboard should contain laptop make/model.
CPU must also have the chipset.
Please read the FAQ again. Carefully this time.

"Still waiting for root device" when booting from USB indicates a USB problem.
Make sure you're using a USB2 stick, and an Intel USB2 port.
