[Error] can't perform kext scan: no kext summary

I've just install Yosemite and it was successful with no error. but then I follow this guild to update to Sierra, it occured this error. (I've tried every flag but the result still is error) // The image attached below

The guild I follow to upgrade to Sierra:

Does my laptop can not install Sierra ?

I've attached my photo in verbose Boot and EFI/Clover Folder.

I really need the Sierra version because I need to install X-code for my work!

My Laptop's system is:
Dell Vostro 5480
Broadwell i5-5220U
HD 5500 / Geforce 830M
4 Gb ram DDR3 1600

I tried to install Sierra, but when I entered to boot screen. This error happened.
I've tried a lot of ways on the internet and read all documents I can find, but it still didn't work.
May somebody recommend me for a solution?

Boot verbose, show photo. Attach EFI/Clover folder as ZIP (omit 'themes' folder).

I'm facing the same error “can’t perform kext scan no kext summary” trying to install Sierra.
I have Yosemite 10.10.5 working pretty well.
Google's tips didn't help me!

My Specs:
Mobo H61h2-m17
ATI Radeon 5450 1GB
i3 2130 3,4 GHz
6GB 1333MHz
SSD Sandisk 120GB
