Hello, when I try to boot macOS Mojave installer partition, this error comes up. MacOS High Sierra boots fine though.

It may or may not impact on your boot problem but where ACPI fixes are concerned less is more.
You don't need most of these and they are probably doing more harm than good.

So, which ones do I need to disable?

Removed some fixes that I don’t need, now this comes up.

Error loading kernel cache sometimes goes away if you power off and then on again.

Try booting with -f UseKernelCache=No.

Still error but the [...]pages at [...] changed, its 147e now.

Could be BIOS settings.
Could be memory location.
A different memory fix driver might help.

Search may help too.

Fixed, BIOS settings were reset, don’t know why. Works now.
