Enable Quick Sync / iGPU

Hi guys,

I'm looking for enabling Quick Sync in order to use my iGPU with hardware acceleration in Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018.
I have 2 dGPUs : GTX Titan X and GTX 980 Ti.
I want to know if it's possible and if it is, how to do it !

I'm on High Sierra 10.13.2

I should had start with that indeed.
It's working but I'm still having a problem.
HEVC encoding/decoding is working but no H264.
Do you have an idea why ?
