EMPTY WINDOWS (no text no nothing) IN SOME APPLICATIONS

Not related, but I had the same problem with the empty Ableton window.
I have a dual GTX 970 on High Sierra. I was able to solve it by simply connecting the monitors to the second graphics card instead of the first one
