Give me a list of what devices are in what PCI-Slot.
I am assuming the Titan-X is in PCI-Slot 1, it also looks like you have some M.2 devices installed.

Try this EFI, Do not add or remove or change anything please. Test it using a USB drive first. You had a few things wrong in your config, and you were using the wrong SMBIOS for a I7-6700. This should give you native CPUPM, and also rename the devices correctly with the correct properties.

Ok looks like the rename devices section isn't working properly, try this config.plist. Just replace the config.plist, nothing else please.

Ok try this config.plist, I forgot to rename your original _DSM methods so that it would load the SSDT _DSM methods. I can not help with applications not working properly though.
