El capitan wont boot now

I had a working el capitan installed for the past month.My GPU was en210. but i booted everytime with a clover usb.Last day i had to remove the gpu and resinstall Windows10(my gpu wont work in windows,,idk why).Then after sometime i reinstalled my gpu and tried booting OSX,but the system loading bar below the apple logo goes very very slow .It reaches the end after a long time but then nothing happens,?.ANy solutions,?Thanks in advance!
