El Capitan USB Installer with Unibeast - boot0af error

I just created the USB installer with Unibeast and when I try to boot from it I get the boot0af error. Has anyone come across this error and know how to fix it?

I have managed to install El Capitan and everything seems to be working well except for shutdown. The computer turns of for a few seconds and powers back on again.

I have also noticed that the DSDT file that I had been using with previous versions of OS X no longer works with El Capitan. When I put the the file in the patched folder and reboot, my USB keyboard and Magic trackpad no longer works.

The USB drive needs to be formatted with MBR partition. Even though the guides say to create GUiD partition, this will not work with legacy BIOs.
