El Capitan Post installation Failed. Clover_v2.3k_r3270_Legacy_Root.pkg

Using Clover_v2.3k_r3270_Legacy_Root.pkg
on a X58A-UD3R.

when I run the installer it fails to install. I get this message in the Console Log of the installer.

I have the same error installing Clover on 10.11.5. Fails via Multibeast or with the Clover package. I have tried version 2.3k r3726 and 2k r3050. PC spec as below. Any suggestions?
