    Your work is very tempting. I have 1 question - does 'serious metalwork' means we have to do drilling? Thank you.

    Yes it does, plus cutting some sheetmetal. A small Dremel tool may be your best friend.

    Pretty cool! Wish I could rebuild something like a Power Mac G4, but I don't have that OR the parts.

    I couldn't bring myself to butcher my G3 this way. Mine is still in pristine condition from 1994. She's maxed out on everything but still runs perfectly.
