El Capitan not booting after installation

I have installed El Capitan using UniBeast 6.2. Installation went without any problems, but I can't boot. I use legacy mode for older motherboard - bios only, no UEFI. When I boot from USB I see only External options, and no HDD. Can someone help me?

I managed to boot by creating new empty USB drive and installing on it Clover with BiosBlock enabled. Clover was then able to boot from the drive I prepared before. Thanks to this post https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/clover-does-not-detect-my-ssd-ga-x58a-ud3r.213132/#post-1423793

Next problem to solve - after turning system off, and on again, bios asks if it should restore default configuration, like if computer was not turned off correctly.
