el capitan keeps restarting after ram upgrade

Hello,

I have upgraded my memory from original HP 6200 pro which was (4 x 2 GB) to Crucial rams (4 x 4 GB) after mac loading "apple logo and loading bar is compelete"
the pc restart

what is the problem and how to solve

Yes.

Check that the memory is compatible.
Check that it is correctly seated in the sockets.
Try with just one or two DIMMS.
Try a CMOS reset.
