Tried creating the usb installer using another Mac and booting from it to do a clean install and I can't get past the Apple logo :banghead:
Yosemite worked flawlessly using latest Clover release
Is there any other boot flag I can use to help me determine what's causing the problem?

Same over here :banghead:

Okay, so after trying a few things I was able to boot normally
Here's what I did:

Copied the dsdt.aml to the usb installer (/EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched)
Booted from said installer and re-installed El Capitan on top of the previously updated version
The computer restarted, took a minute or so to reach the login screen, entered my password, asked me for my iCloud password and some other personal info and I reached the desktop
Installed Clover_v2.3k_r3270_Legacy.pkg and CustoMac Essentials
Used Clover Configurator and followed the steps from TonyMacx86 tutorial

Everything besides audio is fully working (Intel HD 3000 is shown as Intel HD 2000, but it's a cosmetic issue since I get full QE/CI and no lag in animations)

Hope this helps!
