El Capitan - Boot Problem - Missing Boot Drive

Sata is set to AHCI
Boot Mode is UEFI and Legacy
and MAC OSX is set as boot preference which you can see in the pictures

Out of curiosity, why do you have two Mac OS X entries?

If you can manually add a boot entry, you can try adding a new boot option and the path would be something like this:

EFI\CLOVER\CLOVERX64.efi

I've had to do it in the past with 2 of my hacks or else I'd get the same error as yours because it doesn't know how to find the .efi file...... so it might be worth trying.

What version of OS X did you have installed on the drive?

I had installed El Capitan 10.11.1 (I think)

How do you manually add a boot entry? (sounds like a good idea)

Using a usb key, I am able to get to the Clover screen, but choosing Boot Clover From EFI results in error, and choosing Boot Mac OSX from Untitled takes me to the installation procedure.

Have you resolved your issue yet?

You'd would have to post a picture of your Boot Options so that I can see if it is possible. It is usually under "Add boot entry" or something similar.

I've had to do it on a Dell and Asus so that it recognizes the boot path...
