EI Capitan freezed and nothing can do even reset exception power off.

It suddenly freezed, keyboard and mouse all have no response. And can not ping from another mac.
And the hackintosh can not respond to the reset button, I have to press the power off button for 10 seconds.
Could it be a hardware problem?

It helps to dual boot to determine what is software related and what is hardware related.
If you can boot off a Linux distro then it may be software.
Generally, if the computer is not responding as you describe first make sure all connections are secure and components seated. Unplug all but the boot drive as on current systems even a failing mechanical drive can cause boot errors.
If that does not allow you to boot then I suspect it is your power supply. Power supply failure causes random hard freezes, intermittent booting, booting that may get no farther than the splash screen or complete failure (although motherboard lights may be active).
