EFI Partition not showing up

Hi,
So I successfully installed macOS Sierra 10.12 on my PC with everything working just fine
and I can boot from the HDD with clover boot loader along side with Windows 10

but the problem I can't mount EFI partition because it's not in my HDD, it's just in the installation flash drive

is there a way to make it appear in my HDD without having to reformat my whole HDD and losing the windows partition ?

What installation method did you use?

I used an already bootable flash drive from a friend.
it had clover boot loader already in it, I just booted from the clover screen to the flash drive and the installation started.

PS: I had windows 10 already installed in my hard drive and I installed the MacOS 10 on a new partition I created from within windows 10
