I'm trying to get Lion running on the system below, but a base Lion install doesn't seem to want to finish booting.
- ECS H67H2-I board (H67, ITX, PCI-E x16, miniPCI-E x1)
- i3-2100 + 8GB RAM
I had trouble booting into the Lion installer on all my existing systems (Gigabyte H55N-USB3 + i5-760, ie last-gen CustoMac Mini; also tested my C2D/C2Q ITX builds, but all had some residual junk somewhere that were messing things up), so I started over fresh:
- iBoot + 10.6.0 DVD + 10.6.8 combo update -> Lion
That Lion install boots the H55N-USB3 great with my HD5770 and RT8111 Ethernet working fine, although I haven't had time to fix audio. However, when I try to move the drive over to my new ECS board, the boot process does not finish.
It looks like fakeSMC and all the usual suspects that have caused me KPs in the past are loading successfully. Any ideas?
