i am attaching the native and the dsdt with the problem..

Both are the same, both have been patched 2 times. Apply each patch one time only. Everything else you are asking about is not relevant. Start over with a real native dsdt.

i am a little lost here, i thought compiling a clean dadt from your url is a clean one?
not that i have already patched, i no longer have a clean native one.

would running multibeast again, make a new one?

No. A clean compiler fixes compiler errors in the native dsdt.
No, see How to create your own DSDT using MaciASL. Save the native dsdt as dsdt-native.dsl and edit a copy.
