I haven't yet tried anything with hdmi audio for dedicated graphics cards -- this thread is only about the integrated graphics ...

I did this twice. Last time maybe like a year ago, totally lost now. This is very frustrating. I appreciate Toleda's work and expertise, but every time I'm faced with the prospect of starting over I get really upset. Especially since I went with the "simple" CustoMac mini build recommended by Tony. We need more pictures. Maybe 3 different (separate!) scenarios and then a list of boards each method works with. Or maybe just a list of success stories to reference.
