Duel Booting Mojave on NUC7I5BNK Clover Install Issues

Hi all. I'm currently in the process of building a hackintosh using an intel nuc NUC7I5BNK. I've successfully installed the windows part using a friend's computer to create an install usb and now I'm running into problems installing Mojave.

I have a macbook at home, have gone through all the steps and the bootloader is loading into the setup process on the NUC, but when you click on 'install Mojave' it simply restarts and reboots into the bootloader again. Does anyone have any advice? Is there something simple I'm missing?

If you have a prebuilt computer enter make and model instead of motherboard.
