Dual HDMI Display on GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

Hi,
I've gotten duel display working using the Nvidia Web Driver but I'm using one HDMI and one DVI. I'd like to use dual HDMI to take advantage of the monitors 4K resolution. Has any one gotten Dual HDMI to work on this or similar card?

Apple doesn't support dual HDMI I didn't know this till I bought the same card as well. I still have not found a work around.

Would an adapter or single do it, or will the difference if the port scale the displays potential back down?
