Dual Graphics Cards

If i put 2 GeForce 670 FTW in my hackintosh yet do not bridge them together and have one being used for the CUDA cores and the other just for displays will I notice an increased performance over one 670 FTW?

Yes, you probably will notice a small difference in CUDA-enabled applications however going with SLI would most likely be the best way to go.

Will there be any issues with the two cards? I really want a card just for Cuda and a second card for 2 monitors or possible 3 down the line. And a Telsa is out of the picture.

I'm also curious about this. Is it possible to use OS X with multiple graphics cards and use 3 or more displays?
