Dual Booting on 2 separate SSD's Question - Thanks!

So a few months back i built my current pc with a hackintosh project in mind,

i7 3770K
16GB
GTX670

I haven't got round to hackintoshing it yet, i currently have 1 ssd and 1 hhd in it both win7, can I simply go out buy another ssd and hdd and dual boot without wiping my current drives? cheers!
