Dual boot: Getting windows to see my ethernet connection

How do I set up my internet connection for when I'm booted into Windows 7?

I recently dual booted Windows 7 onto a separate harddrive and everything works great but I can't connect to the internet from windows. It looks like Windows isn't set up to recognize the ethernet connection yet.

Do I need to install an ethernet driver for Windows?

Will it affect Lnx2Mac's Realtek Ethernet Driver?

Yes, but normally the driver is Bundled with Windows7

I needed to use the discs that came with my mother board. That worked.
