Hi guys!
I've got this GA-H97-D3H mobo in my HTPC running a Celeron G1610, and I got it thinking one day I might choose to run Mac on it.
I was wondering though... if I install Yosemite, will VLC or XBMC play multichannel audio correctly over HDMI? I'm just looking for a passthrough to my receiver, which can do all the decoding. Will it just work, or will it need fixes?
For some reason, when VLC in Windows plays audio, the channels are mixed up. Once, when I changed the HDMI cable, it seemed to correct itself, but now, no matter what I do, the channels are not correct.
