I have everything working on the GA-P35-DS3L and wrote up a guide. Drives show as internal, there is a kext to make the DVD drive show up as internal and DVD Player.app to work, App Store works and audio works front and back, switching automatically when plugging headphones in the front. The 10.9.4 update caused me to have to reinstall audio driver. Mine were installed with 10.9.3 version of Install OS X Mavericks.app and then updated, I am guessing it should work with the newest 10.9.4 version of Install OS X Mavericks.app from the App Store, but I have not tested this. The DSDT.aml file was one of several I found on the tonymacx86 forums not sure which one from which thread at this point so I just uploaded it along with the guide I wrote and the Kext to fix the DVD Player.app issue.
