DSDT Editing Guide?

I am trying to enable sleep and speedstep on my install by following Tony's example DSDT, but I haven't really been able to do anything past enabling hacks, and changing the CMOS reset value. The rest of it is really confusing (Certain things not showing up, values being different). Does anyone know of another DSDT editing guide, so maybe I can cross reference? Or maybe if Tony feels like it he might want to do a more in depth guide on the subject.

Or does anyone have a fully edited DSDT.aml for a P7P55D, and would like to shed some light on my situation? or send of over their DSDT?

I cant even make the " nvidia 250 gts" hack xD.. i just tried, but the hack says : the hacking starts here.. and it has a los of code, and I dont know if I have to replace or just insert exactly there, Itried insert but got compilation errors xD
