Downloading High Sierra

It looks like apple has caught on to Unibeast and now only provides a small application that installs macOS instead of the full thing. Is there an easy way of finding the right files without torrents?

I would recommend against unofficial sources. The full installer can be downloaded from the Mac App store. I'm pretty sure it's explained here in these forums, just do some searches.

none of the posted solutions worked. I tried deleting the small file and clearing the app store cache. I didn't try enrolling in the beta program, but that just seems excessive.
