Downloaded High Sierra Installer from MAS but not right size?

Help Me,

When I download macOS High Sierra from app store the file size is 21 MB.

Try to do all the updates the App Store indicates. I was able to download the 5GB file after completed all updates.

I can confirm that this solved my problem as well. At first I would only get a 15MB version which Unibeast wouldn't use. After I did all of the OS updates then the download option in the mac app store looked different and I was able to download the whole 4.8GB installer.
