Download button not an option at the AP store

There is no download button on the AP store for Sierra only install and the Purchased tab no only has Install options as well. Has something changed? Is the file I need going to download or is there now an automated process that is going to update the machine I am using to download the install file?

I tried earlier this weekend to download on an working hackintosh but the store would not recognize the machine and would not allow a download.
