Does my parts list look ok?

Man, wish I'd known about this forum earlier!

Anyway, I'm hoping to get some help deciding if this is a good bundle to get (or not).

PSU: OCZ Fatal1ty 550W
Mobo: Gigabyte P55-USB3
CPU: i5 760
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 2x2GB DDR-1600
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black SATA2 1TB
DVD: Samsung SH-S223C (SATA)
Video: Gigabyte Radeon 5770

Wondering what steps I'd need to take to get all of this functioning properly (audio, video, lan, sleep, etc).

Also, the total for this (including case, keyboard & mouse) is $848.12 CDN. Is this a good price? I was hoping to keep it under $800, but if it's going to be a good system, I'm fine with it.
