Does my CJScope laptop support OSX?

As title,
I'm wondering if my laptop can install MacOSX 10.10?
With this guide http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-...-x-yosemite-any-supported-intel-based-pc.html
My BIOS has UEFI option, so is that means I can use cloverEFI?
I'm sure that MacOSX doesn't support NVIDIA Optimus. But how shall I do after install drivers?
