Does iGPU work through USB-C?

I've noticed that my 2K monitor supports a USB-C connector. I thought I would ask this question before I bought a USB-C cable and spent time trying to connect a monitor to an HP Elitebook 830 G7's USB-C port. (Ventura)

The Type-C port needs to be capable of transmitting the display signal, like a DP/Thunderbolt port.

Your HP EliteBook 830 G7's specification page is unclear about the Type-C ports capabilities.

The information on page 4 in the User Manual is positive in regards to using the Type-C port to connect to a Type-C capable display.
Says the Type-C port can drive a display.
