Does any know how to extended a CPU cable?

I have a fully modular PSU and the CPU power cables that came with it are too short (2 of them both same length just under 24"). Is there a way to lengthen them, or an adapter that would allow me to connect the two of them together? I want to run them behind my motherboard and thru the top of the case and connect to my motherboard CPU that way.

Ive looked all over (Amazon, Newegg, Modding websites, google, etc) and cant find anything - any help would be appreciated.
