Most processors fail to run with Mac OS's native hypervisor framework so the native client doesn't work.

You probably will have to use the legacy Docker Toolbox solution.

The documentation on the net is a bit poor so you might not notice this fact, but you can enable both VT-x and VT-d on many hackintosh installations. Don't give up just yet. It's critical to the development of some services, and developer friends might appreciate this.

Confirmed to work on ASUS Rampage III Extreme.

Mine is i5 9400 and yes, enabling both works for me. Latest docker also works perfectly.
