Distorted audio through Headphone port

Hi Guys,

Successfully built my first Hackintosh, thanks to the wonderful resource that is Tonymacx86. The only problem I have is that the audio through the (front) headphone port of my machine (Gigabyte Z370 HD3P) is distorted. My regular line out works without any issues. Any ideas? Thanks for your support.

Hardware problem: verify front panel grounding, connector, cable, etc.
